The spacious open-plan living area provides the perfect place for everyone to come together, while each bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with luxurious linens, premium Welsh-made Goodwash toiletries, robes and thoughtful touches throughout.

The Space

Ground Floor

Arrive via the private driveway where parking is available directly outside the property. As you step inside, uninterrupted views across the Teifi Estuary immediately draw your eye through the full-height glazing, offering a breathtaking first impression that continues throughout the home.

Bedroom One features a luxurious Super King bed with estuary views, an elegant en-suite bathroom, premium bed linen, luxury robes, Goodwash toiletries, a wardrobe and hairdryer.

Bedroom Two also offers a Super King bed, tranquil coastal views and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom, together with robes, premium toiletries and generous storage.

The spacious utility room has been designed with longer stays in mind and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, beach towels, bath towels and direct access to the outdoor terrace and hot tub.

First Floor

Ascending the staircase, the dramatic open-plan living space reveals itself beneath soaring timber beams inspired by the hull of an upturned boat. Flooded with natural light and framed by spectacular estuary views, this is the heart of the home.

The bespoke handcrafted kitchen has been beautifully made by local craftsmen in nearby Cardigan and is fully equipped with premium appliances, double ovens, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything required for relaxed breakfasts, family feasts or entertaining.

The generous dining area flows seamlessly into the comfortable lounge where large sliding doors open onto the elevated terrace. Inside and out, comfortable seating allows guests to relax while taking in uninterrupted views across Poppit Sands and the Teifi Estuary.

The principal bedroom enjoys a luxurious Super King bed, elegant en-suite bathroom and a spectacular picture window framing the changing tides beyond. Wake each morning to one of the finest coastal views in West Wales.

Bedroom Four offers flexible accommodation as either a Super King or Twin room (please request twin configuration prior to arrival), together with an en-suite bathroom and peaceful river views.

A comfortable seating area on the landing provides a quiet corner to enjoy a book or morning coffee, while an adjoining small room is ideal for a travel cot.

Outside

Step outside onto the expansive decked terrace where panoramic views stretch across the Teifi Estuary towards Poppit Sands and the Pembrokeshire coastline beyond.
