THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We collect information about you when you enquire about our service. This includes your name, email address, telephone number and the address of your holiday let.
When you sign up for our service, we may pass your details to third parties such as our suppliers. You will be asked to agree to the passing of your information to our suppliers when you sign our terms of contract. If you pass any details of third parties to us, for example a window cleaner you use, or any other supplier, it is your responsibility to ensure you have their consent to share their information with us.
For the purpose of sending payments to you, we will ask you for your bank account number, sort code and name on account. This information will be stored securely in a password protected banking application. We may use your name on our client holding account for the purpose of segmentation.
When you sign our terms of contract, we will add your name, address, contact number and email address to our database in order to carry out our services for you. We store this data for 3 years after your contract with us ends.
We will add you to our business mailing list for the purpose of sending you news about changes to our service and update you on industry news.
Your holiday let address will be shared with local suppliers for delivery purposes of our ‘Guest Services’ service if your guests choose to use it.
